Packaging related

The paper bag was over stuffed with seamoss and could not be closed properly for shipping. This makes me skeptical about using the product because it was not sealed properly. The shipping bags were undisturbed during transit by post office. This is the first time that I received an order from your store so poorly packaged.

I am sorry you feel this way. We always try to put more than what you paid for in the bag. We would rather give you more than less. Sometimes we are too generous with our portions and the bags will burst open during shipping. I will put a not on your account to make sure they don't over stuff your package with extra seamoss.
