How to brew
Add 1–2 teaspoons of the blend to 250 mL (8 oz) of water. Simmer gently for 5–10 minutes, or steep covered for 10–15 minutes. Strain thoroughly and enjoy warm or chilled. Steep longer or add more leaves for a stronger cup.

This is my second order and I bought in bulk because we love it. I use it in smoothies, raw cakes, make gels, ice cream, put it in salad dressings, it is totally versatile.
